1. Magnolia

Even the highly regarded Fodor’s recommends Magnolia, not only as a place to dine, but also to watch an out-of-this-world sunset. Situated high on a bluff overlooking the Turtle Cove Marina, Magnolia offers an impressive list of specialty wines and various cocktails. Try some dessert with your appellation of  choice: the Banoffee Pie (bananas and toffee on a graham cracker crust with whipped cream, YUM) and the vanilla-roasted strawberries drowned in port-reduction wine are not to be missed.

2. Bay Bistro

Bay Bistro is located at the Sibonne Beach Hotel, just steps away from the gentle waves of Grace Bay Beach. Indeed, Bay Bistro offers some of the island’s best panoramic ocean views because of its close proximity to the water, making it the ultimate location to enjoy your choice of sweet cocktails, vintage rums and other fine spirits. Lunch is served throughout the day on the lower pool deck tucked between the serpentine infinity pool and the beach. Dinner is served seasonally.

7. Danny Buoy’s

Want a cold beer with your friends? How about a tall glass of pitch black Guinness? How about a game of darts? Get your party on at Danny Buoy’s, the islands’ only authentic British-style pub. With imported draughts and the islands’ largest single malt selection, DB’s offers good times all around. Weekly events such as karaoke on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and a DJ dance party on Saturdays promise lively amusement into the wee hours of the morning. Fine Cuban cigars, high stakes casino video poker and sports games on the Satellite TV mean more fun for everyone.

Located directly at the resort’s entrance of Grace Bay Beach, Pink Bar will be open daily with a seasonal menu will include a curated selection of rosé wines and blush champagnes and bites to enjoy during pink hour. The bar will be a rosé-colored feast for the eyes set against the sparkling turquoise Caribbean waters, so pop in and enjoy your pink of choice.

10. Ricky’s On The Beach

Ricky’s on the Beach, also known as Flamingo Cafe, is a beachfront bar and restaurant located right on Grace Bay Beach and near Club Med Resort. This establishment offer casual outdoor dining, and customers often just walk right in from the beach. A range of local and American bar and diner cuisine is served.

Ricky’s is on a great section of beach, and there’s a public beach access at the site as well. Also onsite are some craft and gift stalls, which offer local and imported items.

Some of the favoured dishes at Ricky’s are the locally-caught grouper with peas n’ rice and jerk chicken. The conch fritters and conch salad is also one of the place’s top choices.

Due to the restaurant’s location on the eastern side of Grace Bay, it’s a great spot to watch the sunset and general boat activity out in the bay.

Ricky’s is owned and run by proprietors Rickie and Stacy Clark, who have long been involved in the culinary industry in the Turks and Caicos.

Hemingway’s is equally irresistible for lunch, serving an array of gourmet sandwiches, entrée salads and specialties such as soft fish tacos, mango shrimp salad and Caribbean jerk chicken & chips. Sweet tooths will be tempted with choices ranging from key lime pie with a graham cracker crust to fried ice-cream with cinnamon powdered sugar and chocolate sauce.

A dinner favorite is the fresh grouper – lightly spiced and pan seared, served with a tequila sauced veggie salsa with charred onions, black beans, corn, carrots and red and green peppers. For another seafood choice, try the exquisite lightly sauteed shrimp with delicious pesto cream over penne pasta. For the gourmet palate, try the filet mignon grilled with a fragrant red wine mushroom sauce. Also ask your server about the Catch of the Day.

Delicious appetizers include Conch (pronounced “conk”) fritters, Conch chowder, and Cuban black bean soup.
