They offer special theme nights with live entertainment; Wednesday’s “Lobster Extravaganza” (in season), Friday’s “Surf & Turks Carnival” and Sunday’s “Jerk Fiesta”. Executive Chef Peter Redsone with his creative imagination makes a twist in every local dish such as the Jerk Cornish Hen and Passion fruit-BBQ ribs that just won at the Food & Wine Festival People’s Choice “Best Jerk Chicken & BBQ Ribs Award”. “Chocolate Chili Wonton” dessert won the People’s Choice gold award at the Chocolate Lover’s Event.
